Last June 1 – 3, G-SUN GROUP successfully organized a team building trip in Moc Chau, Son La province for all employees. With the TOUCH concept, G-SUN Group invites participants to reconnect with the natural world, interact with woods and mountains, listen to one another, and experience their deepest feelings. Touching is also holding hands together, with the hope that all members will move forward together in the future.
Over the course of the three days and two nights, G-SUN members engaged in a variety of exploration, experiences, and entertainment activities that led to moments of relaxation, sharing, connecting, and strengthening team spirit.
Traveling to the Moc Chau plateau, picking plums, and taking in the clean air of the green tea hills mark the start of the adventure. As the first day of the tour came to a close, everyone from G-SUN gathered to share life tales, humming melodies, and savor local delights.
The trip’s high point is the gala dinner and team-building exercise on the second day, which is hosted at the Ban Ang Forest tourism area. Regardless of age or department, G-SUN members were separated into teams for the team-building exercise, and they all worked together to play competitive games. Memorable moments are created when conversations, laughter, and the sound of summer cicadas come together. There is simply the friendship of overcoming obstacles together, without the stress of hectic work or the bustle of the city.
After team building activities, the gala dinner night is to reflect the emotions of G-SUN members. Opening the gala night, Ms. Tran Thi Dong – Deputy General Director of G-SUN Group, member of the Board of Directors made a few speeches, shared, and acknowledged the spirit and enthusiastic participation of G-SUN members, encouraging everyone to promote, unite and stick together to build G-SUN to grow more in the near future. At the gala night, the members ate together, talked, and shared memorable moments. The gala dinner stage also witnessed G-SUN’s talents shine with their voices, dances… Individuals and groups with outstanding achievements were also honored at the gala night. In the end, everyone held hands together, joined the melody and enjoyed the most impressive moments.
In addition to team-building exercises, G-Sun arranges for staff members to go to well-known tourist spots in Moc Chau and Mai Chau (Hoa Binh province), like Ban Lac, Ban Ang, and the Chieng Khoa waterfall. G-SUN members come away from each destination with unique experiences and priceless memories.
A major factor in strengthening the G-SUN group’s sense of unity and solidarity was the success of the team-building trip to Moc Chau. This is a worthwhile and beneficial activity that gives employees more energy to keep contributing to the company’s overall success.
